Welcome to Dime Desktop Resource. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Student,” or “Researcher”) and Dime Desktop Resource Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a company organized and existing under the laws of Thailand, with its registered office located at Office 7, 76 Placeholder Road, Hat Yai 00000, Thailand.

By accessing our website at glow-prismhub.click, attending our laboratory walkthroughs, or accessing our technical study guides, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Educational Nature of Services

1.1. Strictly Educational Purpose: All content, walkthrough sessions, technical configurations, simulation scripts, and laboratory access provided by Dime Desktop Resource are offered exclusively for academic, research, and technical training purposes.

1.2. No Financial or Investment Advice: Nothing on this website or in any educational session constitutes financial, investment, legal, trading, or tax advice. We do not provide token trading recommendations, asset management, mining schemes, or speculative yield opportunities.

1.3. Independent Status: Dime Desktop Resource is an independent technical training entity and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Dime Foundation or any related commercial entity. References to the Dime network are made strictly for identification and educational analysis.

2. Booking, Scheduling & Session Conduct

2.1. Appointment Confirmation: Educational walkthrough sessions and laboratory station reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of formal written invoice acknowledgment and required tuition.

2.2. Code of Conduct: During both in-person sessions at our Hat Yai facility and remote video/terminal consultations, participants agree to maintain professional, respectful decorum. Any unauthorized attempt to inject malicious code into lab equipment or violate local network security policies will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

2.3. Rescheduling: Students may reschedule confirmed educational sessions without penalty by providing written notice to contact@glow-prismhub.click at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Company Materials: All proprietary documentation, visual telemetry models, educational curricula, logos, and website layouts are the exclusive property of Dime Desktop Resource Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws of Thailand and international copyright conventions.

3.2. Student License: Enrolled participants receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use session recordings, configuration templates, and study notes for their individual research or internal engineering practice. Redistribution or public resale of proprietary course packs is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dime Desktop Resource Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the implementation of technical configurations, node scripts, or laboratory exercises on your own local hardware.

4.2. You acknowledge that running local distributed ledger nodes involves hardware wear, disk I/O demands, and network bandwidth utilization, and you assume full responsibility for your local system administration.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

5.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

5.2. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Songkhla Province, Thailand.
